Hey guys,

Quick update here. For those wanting to see what the requirements are
for rank go down to the files section and check it out. I have
detailed what you need to do, how long, and what the tests at each
level consist of. If you have any questions on this, please let me
know.

Also, we have a new site and a new forum to follow. The new site is
http://www.souseiki.com. I'm still updating it, so bear with me and
I'll have it all up and running at full capacity soon.
