Alright I will be in Vegas tomorrow night watching the fights from
some sportsbook in some casino and I was planning on placing a few
bets. I have been thinking about this all week and was wondering if
you guys had any thoughts or opinions to share.

Rashad and Tito: I really like Tito a lot but I think that if Rashad
presses the action and lands some good shots early Tito will get mind
fucked and realize that maybe he shouldn't have called him a "nappy
headed hoe" on the radio :-) I think that they both will have awesome
cardio and that this fight will go the distance. The thing I am
anxious to see is if Tito will be able to take Rashad down they both
are good wrestlers. I think that this fight will go the distance with
Rashad winning a split decision.

Hermes Franca and Sean Sherk: This is probably going to be the most
exciting fight of the night. Sherk is a huge dude and very strong and
Hermes will have his hands full for sure. I think that the stand up is
going to be pretty even and I think Sherk might try and over power him
with some take downs and just kind of lay on him so that Franca can't
really go to work. My question is at what point does strength stop
being a factor and when does the skill come into play. Is Sherk going
to just be to strong on the gound? Will Hermes be able to over come
the strength and show us some of the BJJ skills we know he has? Let me
know!

Last but not least, Marquardt takes on Silva. This was the easiest
decision I had of the 3. I think if Silva looks as sloppy as he did
against Travis Lutter in the first round that this is going to end
rather quickly. I don't really see this fight going the distance but I
really think that people underestimate the skill set that Marquardt
has. He is a great fighter and he is from Colorado so I have to go
with the hometown here and chose Marquardt probably by submission, I
don't see Silva getting knocked out.

I agree on the Tito fight. I think Forest gave him all he could
handle, and had the fight been 5 rounds Tito would have lost for
sure.

Franca and Sherk on the on the other hand will be had to call... Sherk
has awesome wrestling, but his ground and pound has a lot to be
desired. If he's stuck in Franca's guard for 5 rounds I think Hermes
may find a way to slip in a sub, but Sherk has never been subbed from
the guard. Plus Hermes has had some cardio issues in the past. We
all know Sherk has an endless gas tank. The way I see the fight going
is a long boring with Sherk on top taking the decision.

I'd have to put my money on Silva. He has one of the most beautiful
standup games in MMA, and is a BJJ black belt training with the
Nogueira brothers. The longer the fight goes the advantage will shift
more and more to Silva. I see a TKO late in the 4th.

These are just my two cents...

Here's my thoughts on the fights:

- Rashad and Tito: I think they both can take a punch and they both are
good wrestlers. Really, I think it comes down to where the fights ends up.
If Tito can get Rashad on the ground, I think his ground-n-pound will
over-whelm Rashad, but if Rashad can keep it on the feet, I think Rashad may
be able to pull it off. To be honest, this is a really hard fight to bet on
... I'm going to put my money on the experience and ground-n-pound ability
of Tito.

- Franca and Sherk: I tell you what, after seeing the training regiment of
Sean Sherk on UFC All Access ... I'm extremely impressed with him. I think
Sherk is extremely strong and in great cardiovascular shape and I see him
lasting longer than Franca. Franca has strong BJJ and knock-out power, but I
see Sherk winning this fight.

- Marquardt and Silva: I honestly have never seen Marquardt fight so I have
no idea on this one.

Here's my two cents onit all.

Rashad vs. Tito:
Yeah, Tito hasn't performed that well is his past couple of fights, but the thing Tito has is more ring experience against better fighters.  Where as Rashad was getting spanked by a new comer Salmon then got a lucky shot.  In my opnion, now again it's only my opinion, I'm giving this one to Tito but Rashad if he gets lucky like he did with Salmon. =)

Sherk vs. Franca:
I gotta go with Sherk.  Sherk has already shown he can bang with a high level BJJ black belt and still pull off the win. Franca has yet to fight somone as agressive as Sherk.  Sherk's in great shape, he's strong, he's got a great camp to work with, and I don't forsee him doing anything less but work his ass off to keep the belt.

Marquardt vs. Silva:
I know Marquardt is Chris' boy, but I gotta go with Silva.  I've never seen Marquardt fight, so just on that alone, I gotta go with the guy I know.

Well I really appreciate all of the feed back, it is really going to
be tough to be on these fights now you guys got me thinking. I am
still sticking with Marquardt just because of the Colorado thing but I
think that I might be changing my mind on Sherk. He is a machine for
sure and I think that he will press more and can last longer. I am
still undecided about Rashad and Tito might just be a last minute
decision. Hope you guys all enjoy the fights as much as I will and I
will be back on Wednesday!

If the fight stays standing I am giving the edge to Rashad, but Tito's
ground game is on another level especially if he has guard. His ground and
pound is quite possibly unmatched in the UFC.

Sean Sherk takes Franca in the second. Both fighters are going to want to
push the action in the first round but then I see Franca getting gassed to
quick because he either won't control his breathing or tries to much to
quick. If Sherk can beat Diaz, a guy that is a full 6" taller than he is
and has the Jiu jitsu background that Diaz has I have no doubt he will
easily be able to take care of Franca in a shorter amount of time. But then
again they both have strong ground games so we will see what happens.

Spyda Silva. Those legs man just dominate everything in there path. He has
those freakishly long legs that consistently give him the advantage of his
opponents.

And those are your official G. Bizzle predictions. Now back to you for some
mindless babble Joe Rogan!! lol
