Here's a workout that will for sure kick your @$$! If you have any
questions on any of these exercises, feel free to ask me when you see
me at the gym and I will be more than happy to explain. I will soon
have pictures or video on these exercises. Stay Tuned!

10 Squat Thrusts
10 Burpees
10 Break Dance Squat Thrusts (5 Normal/5 Plyo's)
10 Wall Burpee
10 Wall Squat Thrust
10 Wall Squat Thrust/Burpee
10 Ledge Burpee
10 Ledge Squat Thrust
10 Ledge Squat Thrust/Burpee
10 Ledge Squat Thrust/Burpee/Jump to Ledge
10 Squat Thrust
10 Burpee to Pull-Up (If bar is available)
10 Dumbell Squat Thrust

50 - 100 Hindu Squats and Push Ups

100 Crunch's; 100 Flutter Kicks; 100 Crunch's; 100 Knees to Chest

Dumbell Work:
10 Swings - Each Side
10 Snatch & Press - Each Side
10 Windmill's - Each Side
10 Turkish Get Ups - Each Side
10 Pistol Squats - Each Side
10 Military Press Squat
10 Push-Up Rows
