Time for coord badges - Allotment of work

Hi all,

  The time for doing the making nearly 400 badges has come. Usually, this is a lot of repetitive work. You need to apply the same effects over and over again to different pics. For last year Shaastra it was done by just 2 coordinators in one night. Me being one of them know how painful it is. So we have decided to make use of 'Actions' for the effects and distribute the work to more coordinators. You need to finish this before 20th night. Sticking to this deadline is very important. No use if you don't get the badges before Shaastra.

ACKNOWLEDGE THIS MAIL AS SOON AS YOU HAVE READ IT!

What exactly you should do?

1. Check the attached spreadsheet and find what all coord pics you are allotted.

2. Apply the required effect (LOMO) on all the pics using the attached Action file.

3. Put each pic in the attached template, give the proper name, and save it in a folder with name of the folder same as the department.

4. Put the pics in dropbox and share it with us.

Guys, Please put the pics in folders with the event name as the folder name and send them to us. It'll be easy for us to crosscheck.

whoever have not submitted the work, please submit it by evening. It has already been delayed.

And those who have done it in time. Great work guys. The quality of your work has been outstanding till date. Keep it up.

@Haripriya, YOu didnt send the photography team badges. Dont use the complete action script. Just use the image size part in the action script and add names to the photos and send it across asap.

@srikanth Try applying the normal LOMO script to mohit's pics and check it again. It went well with the rest of ppl. So look at it again ASAP.
