How successful was your Core in conveying Goals and Tasks? *

• Clarified the tasks clearly
• Clarified the tasks hazily, but we were able to figure it out
• Many a times, I did not know what I had to do
• I still do not know my role in Shaastra

Was the Core successful in gelling the team? *

• The team is seamless. We have a good rapport with each other
• Tried to, but some coords disrupt the flow
• Didnt try, but we gelled all the same
• We never even had a meeting till now!

Are you clear of your department's vision this Shaastra? *

• Yes, I know perfectly well what my team's role is and my role is in Shaastra
• I have a vague idea
• No, I have no idea on what my department's vision is!

Did the Core mentor you well? *

• Yes, I am now more confident of my work
• Sort of, I can adjust to the work given. But a little more mentoring would help
• No, I am hesitant of approaching for advice

Did the Core handle conflicts in your department well? Conflicts in ideas, thoughts as well as personal issues *

• Yes, the approach was fair and empathetic to both parties
• No conflict in my department
• No, there are still issues unsorted
