Arthritis Aquatics beings tomorrow!

[MCC Senior Center]

The Senior Center is currently accepting registrations for the Fall Arthritis Aquatics.

*This is a non-swimmer's exercise program using the support of water to allow joints to move more freely. Led by Arthritis Association Certified Instructor Wendy Moore.

 

Classes are Wednesday and Friday mornings from 11-12:00.

 

Seniors may enroll in either session, or both.

 

Classes begin tomorrow, September 10, 2014.  Late registrations will be processed based upon availability.

 

To register please stop by the new office located in the lower level of the Student Center in room SC145.
