First City Festival is only a couple of days away! We are looking forward to having you!
Just following up on your performance Saturday, Sept. 11.
Set-up: 11 a.m. to noon, performance: Noon to 2 p.m.
Please turn east on Choctaw Street (Henry Martens Chevrolet is on the corner) and drive to the end of Choctaw. This will take you to the back of the stage to unload your instruments and equipment. There will be a barricade close to the Festival area;we will alert the police and our security team that you will be arriving around 11 a.m. Please check in at the Main Street tent at the south end of the Riverfront Community Center.
FYI-There will be a solo artist performing on the stage from 11-noon. We will put her as close to the front of the stage as we can to allow you to be able to set up.
