Hi All, the Companies Commission of Malaysia have issued a practice
Note to inform on the procedures and requirement for the application
to strike off the names of companies which are being wound up in
furtherance to the circumstances enumerated under section 308(3) of
the Companies Act 1965
These repeals the procedures and requirements set out in the 12 Jan
2007 guidelines
