Awareness seminar?What in the name is that?Has CJSS been out on a
promotion drive to make the public more aware that there are
advocates?

Well.... not exactly... it is in fact a essential seminar to tell us
advocates that the High Courts in Sarawak(ah ya...also the subordinate
courts as well) are coming of age and the 21st Century whereby we Law
firms will no longer have to;

a)employ office boys(well almost)

b)stop chopping trees to get paper to print those summons writs OS OP
and Petitions(well, almost)

c)risk our office boys not paying the filing fees and making off with
it(not that the vast majority will do so)

because it is to introduce to us .... e filing!!!

WHATT?? E FILING? What's that?

It is filing from the comfort of your office all cause papers for

will eventually stop the slow way that we use now since time
immemorial .
