Labuan IBFC has recently enacted fresh legislative framework to meet
OECD's standards on exchange of information to improve Labuan as a
international financial centre.It is NOW open to Malaysian
businesses ,assets and individuals.
These reforms introduces the following,
a) LLP (limited liability partnerships)
b )MISR (Malaysian international shipping registry)
c) Foundations
d) PTC (private trust companies)
e) PCC (private trust companies)
f) LST (Labuan Special Trust)TC(Takaful Captives)
This seminar is organised by SAA and Labuan IBFC.
It is FREE!!
