Ge 27:1 And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes
were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and
said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I.
(Of Blindness, this is a type of apostasy shown in Isaac; he could not
see truth from error physically. Blindness is also shown as being
blind to the Laws, Commandments, and Instructions of the Lord; Isaiah
29:18 tells us Messiah will return and open the eyes of the blind
because the church will be in apostasy.
This is a record of deception instigated by Rachel, and young Jacob
deceives his daddy and is a classic teaching situation to help
Americans, grown old and blind to the original ideas about God is to
be obeyed because He loves us and knows what is best for us. Even to
