Three Trees

SAVE THE DATE!  DECEMBER 16TH!

There are some big changes coming to Three Trees this year.  Think one big combined service with all guests and volunteers in the worship center that will be like Christmas Eve, Easter and VBS all rolled up in one!  Think toy buying for a specific child!  Think tamales and hot chocolate and sugar cookies, oh my!

We will still be hosting a party for five families, and still need our volunteer committment soon.  Wait, did someone say competition?  If we get our volunteers committed and trained (the sooner the better), there are prizes for the taking... $$$ for our Christmas party and breakfast on a Sunday morning! What we need:

1.  Party lead- keep party on schedule and serve as the primary point of contact with church leadership.  Also ensure that each family in attendance receives their toy bag.
2. Activity lead- facilitate games, crafts, and snacks.  All activities are pre-planned and provided, just need to lead the group through them.
3. & 4. Preschool volunteer- each Bible Fellowship needs to provide TWO preschool volunteers.  If you aren't already background checked, the Three Trees team will help you with that.

Reply all if you want to take one of these jobs so everyone knows what is still available.

Hey!  Just wanted to circle back for Three Trees.  No one has said they can be involved or taken any of the lead jobs.  Will we be able to host a party this year?  Please let me know if you can attend and/or want to do any of the jobs listed in the previous email.  Thanks!
