UI system used in v2.0

Been lurking mostly, haven't had the time to start my project of
porting the RPG Adventure Editor I was prototyping in Flash over to
Render Engine;P

I was wondering which UI framework/kit is being used in v2.0? Thinking
of using it for the project (as soon as I can finish all these other
projects I have in the pipeline)

There isn't a UI framework in the engine since it's within a browser.
