Help with Demos and Tutorials on localhost

I am trying to use the 2.0 version of the engine. Just getting
started so my concern might be novice.

Linux Ubuntu environment.

Running the rub.bat (using Jibble) or Apache2, firefox 3.6.15 and
chrome 10.0.648.133

I browse to localhost (8010 for Jibble).

I navigate to all the demos and tutorials with both browsers.

All demos and tutorials do not run in either browser except the
isometric demo does run in firefox.

Since the isometric demo does work in firefox, I am assuming that I am
doing everything right.

What might I be doing wrong? Why won't the demos and tutorials work?

In addition Chrome...which I am able to see the tutorials work on the
main site, gives me this info while running it:

I am a JavaScript newby....so I have to trace this down. Someone else
might be much faster.
