Sugar, I wish I were more mature re: Shapovalov versus some players.  Cilic still has game, but Shapo can easily give away matches by making too many errors and DFs.  Shapo can take Cilic down with his power and athleticism also.  If Denis serves as he did 2 nights ago, he should win, but he has to make sure that he stays in the match, even if it goes 5 sets.  That may be his best chance at a win.

Keys won her match.   Musetti won the first set.  Tonight is boring, and the matches that I want to watch are all happening in the middle of the night.  It’s a yawner….bye

Ka Pliskova straight setted the young player Tjen, who took out Fernandez 2 nights ago.  Pliskova is playing as if she never had a year or more off the tour with injury.

I have been following the current happenings of today on YouTube for the past couple of hours.  Time to get back to tennis.

Hubie Hurchacz was a stalwart for Poland during United Cup.  So far he seems to be losing to a young American named Ethan Quinn.  I think he’s American.

As I said last night sugar, I knew Denis could lose to Cilic.  What a bird brain!  Love his tennis, but he will remain content with his $1.5 million a year, until he retires without a big title.  Talent wasted.

While we were bellyaching about Osaka’s walk on outfit 2 days ago, apparently it was a hit with many people.  Some women last night were wearing white hats with butterflies attachments while watching Osaka’s match…😂😂😂

Well sek, is actually embarrassing,yeah Marin is a slam champ and a good player but this young guys losing to him is embarrassing, he is almost 40. Denis couldn’t even take a set from those old legs .

Sugar, Shapo is in the same group as Tsitsipas. Those boys cannot be helped.  You can add Felix as well.

Zverev should join them but is slightly better, his only issue is big slam matches where he chokes and pushes the ball back.
