First tournament of the season that garners points.  Not sure points are awarded for United Cup.

Anyhow, both tournaments are stacked with players.  Medvedev and ADF lead the charge.  First round matches were played last night.  Winners include Tiafoe, Tien.

No problem sugar.  Winter has begun in earnest this year, and I find myself tethered inside my home.  Except for going downstairs to the gyn, in my condo building, and some housework, I have nothing better to do…lol

Tonight Sabalenka beat Cirstea in straight sets, and Rybakina is facing Badosa as we speak.

Bublik seems to be poised to win Hong Kong.   Musetti is the top seed there, but he lost the first set in a tie break.  Now Bublik has a break in the second set, so barring a comeback from Musetti, he will win the title and for the first time in his career will enter the top 10, settling in at No 10.

Medvedev is taking Nashakima apart in this final. He won the first set 6-2, but they remain in serve in the second set.
