What does btk mean: Perhaps "Bound-Torture-Kill"? Is this photo real?

yes btk means bind torture kill, he was the serial killer in
wisconson. and as far as i am told yes the pic is real. this is i am
told a pic he took of a victim after he killed the family. i have more
and would love to trade with others.
