Kinky Celine A Hoax


"Smart, who lives with his mother and an uncle on Frederick Street,
was sitting in his underwear chatting on-line and pretending to be
Kinky Celine when police raided the house on Tuesday," authorities
said.


So it turns out that Kinky Celine, the girl who wanted to be killed in
a snuff film, never existed after all, at least according to KTBS
Channel 3 of Shreveport Louisiana.


Found this because the discussion on bestiality reminded me of the
"Celine"/dog video clip. Sadly "her" site is now gone, so if you
didn't see it you'll have to use your imagination.

Suspected porn salesman could face prosecution for tax evasion

The investigation of a suspected internet pornography salesman in
Shreveport began with an on-line tip from someone concerned that a
woman in a "snuff film" might be in danger of being killed, State
Police said.

State, local and federal agents raided the suspected salesman's home
this week and seized thousands of videocassettes and DVDs. He is the
target of a criminal investigation but has not been arrested.

The person who alerted authorities had logged onto the Louisiana State
Police web site and told them about a website advertising and selling
movies containing bondage and bestiality.

That tipster was concerned that a young woman was going to be
kidnapped and tortured by several men in a "snuff film." The site also
asks for volunteers to be in the movie.

"Reading the dialogue that was posted on the website let them to
believe that somebody wants to make a video, and the end of the video
will have the star murdered," State Police Trooper Doug Pierrelee said
of the tip State Police got. "They were concerned that this was really
going to happen."

The woman the tipster called about has been located and has no part in
the case, Caddo Assistant District Attorney Hugo Holland said.

Authorities said they have linked the website to 32-year old Daniel
Smart of Shreveport. They said he posed as "Kinky Celine," the woman
in the film. They said the so-called movie was a hoax to get people to
buy the merchandise.

Smart, who lives with his mother and an uncle on Frederick Street, was
sitting in his underwear chatting on-line and pretending to be Kinky
Celine when police raided the house on Tuesday, authorities said.

Prosecutors said they are conducting an investigation into possible
money laundering, tax evasion and racketeering charges. Smart has not
been arrested but faces investigation by a grand jury.

Smart, reached at his home, declined comment.

Approximately 2,000 videocassette tapes and DVDs have been seized,
authorities said. There was no indication of child pornography,
investigators said, and most of the offerings involved sadomasochism
and bestiality.

Authorities also are going over Smart's financial records to see how
much money he earned and what was bought. They have seized two luxury
sports cars.

Smart had customers around the world and estimates are that he was
making more than $15,000 per month for the past couple of years,
Holland said.

More than 1.3 million people have visited the website, records
indicate.

Authorities said there was no evidence any films were made here. They
described Smart as recording and selling videos to customers all over
the world.

Pierrelee said more and more people are beginning to report suspicious
activity via the internet. They can leave a tip on-line without having
to talk to a law officer or leave a message on a telephone tip line,
Pierrelee said.
