Home Invasion
"The Hit" made the trip downtown to meet Garth at his office. He
caught the BC Transit # 135 bus downtown at the Hastings Street /
Springer Avenue Station at 9:12 for his 11:00 appointment at Wasson
and Wasson on Granville Street. He jumped off the bus at the West
Hastings Street / Granville Street Station. He did notice a little
attention as he got off the bus, and then he walked to the Rogers
Building at 470 Granville Street in Vancouver where Garth maintained
his office. It felt like the Mysterious Financier had shown his
picture all over town, as "The Hit" walked south on Granville Street
to Wasson and Wasson! Garth's father had originally started the Law
firm Wasson and Wasson. Garth joined the firm when he passed the Bar
exam. "The Hit" found the Wasson and Wasson Law Office early for his
11:00 appointment to sign papers with Garth regarding their business
relationship.

In Ridgedale, "The Hit" listened to music, and he watched television
regarding the the upcoming Olypics in the big "O" in Montreal. Leo
finished his shift on Saturday afternoon, and he quickly changed the
front tires on the freshly painted Firebird. They left for the
Melfort Drive Inn's triple feature. They took the # 681 Grid Highway
through Brooksby to Star City where they turned right on paved # 3
Highway to Melfort. They were running a little late for the sun timed
start of the Melfort Drive Inn. Under the circumstances the 21
Kilometres from Star City to Melfort went quite quickly. They were
radar tagged by the Melfort RCMP slowing down for the stop sign at the
# 6 Highway coming into Melfort. The police officer caught them
slowing down at 94 miles per hour. The RCMP cruiser caught up to them
after they turned right onto the # 6 Highway for the last 4 Kilometres
into Melfort just past Dees Restaurant. "The Hit" snapped back to
Burnaby. He had to get some work done.

"The Hit" awoke on October 15 TH feeling tired as usual. He waited
for the results of his tests, and either the Black Van or the Honda
Civic is cruising around the neighbourhood. The Black Van spends most
of it's time behind the neighbours garage to the north at night. "The
Hit" has heard and seen enough to know that the occupants are Jimmy
The Junkie and his Crew in the Black Van. They actually sneak along
the north side of the house on the course gravel to let "The Hit" know
what his future hold. "The Hit" recognized "Little Mike's" voice
hollering down the course gravel corridor. There is also another a
voice which "The Hit" has come to recognize, but he does not have a
face to put with the voice. "The Hit" works beside the window day and
night on the Onlineglass.com software project in the hope he will be
able to make the trip to Philadelphia. He tries to give the project
his best effort, while he worries about both being killed and his
health. Who was financing this hunt?
