XC results and Athletic net

Can you advise me on the proper procedure and race results format you provide your XC Host to upload back to Athletic net

My current process is. XC meet host provides me the roster. I trim it down to the basics (name, gender, grade, team name) and upload into Race Director as a Text file.

I score the meet and then provide a plain text file and XLS file back to he XC Host. I have even click on the athetic button for results tab, with no luck

The host is having trouble uploading results back to Athletic net, says wrong file type, needs the ID from Athletics, etc.

PS I do not upload the race division or ID I get from Athletic net. 

I assign everyone to 1 Division as suggested using Race Director.

I received these instructions from Ben Thomas at athletic.net -

We accept 3 kinds of files from RD (Our documentation for exporting these 3 files is in parenthesis):

1. Event List (https://help.athletic.live/timers/upload-race-director-events/)
2. Roster/Team List (https://help.athletic.live/timers/upload-race-director-rosters/)
3. Results (https://help.athletic.live/timers/upload-race-director-results/

#2 and #3 are already uploaded via RD FTP and work great. Timers have to export #1 and upload it through our admin system. It would be ideal if an event list could be uploaded through RD FTP as well. I actually just found an issue with #1 last week. If the division # is >= 10, it only shows the ones digit. So if the division # is 11, it shows 1. If that is fixed, then we can continue to take the format of #1.

 

Timers get a specific username/password for each meet. All they need to do is enter those credentials into RD and their uploads go to the correct meet.
