Devel::IPerl v0.010 released

Hi everyone,

I have released a new version of
Devel::IPerl <https://metacpan.org/release/ZMUGHAL/Devel-IPerl-0.010>.

This releases fixes a number of bugs. Major new features/bug-fixes
include:

- Support for JupyterLab (pypi:jupyterlab).

$ pip install jupyterlab

This another front-end interface for Jupyter that is available in
addition to the console (pypi:jupyter-console) and classic Notebook
(pypi:notebook).

- Proper handling of UTF-8 for STDOUT/STDERR.

If you have had trouble installing IPerl in the past, you might want to
give it another try as there have been some build improvements.
Devel::IPerl continues to be tested on Linux, macOS, and Windows.

I'm not sure if I have shared this on the list before, but you might
