Wishing everyone a great start to the summer. 🌞 I just wanted to share an upcoming offering of mine happening next weekend, if it may be of interest or support to you right now - a restorative day in nature. I will be offering my next Silent mindfulness and yoga retreat in nature on Sunday July 5, at the beautiful Kortright Centre for Conservation in Vaughan, On.
