The Pipits: Two Weeks at Point Pelee and Rondeau

Hello Pipits!

We recently returned from a trip to Point Pelee. We stayed in Leamington for a couple weeks, with several groups of friends sharing our accommodations, and what a blast we had! During this time I ran a Pipit outing to Rondeau, and a Pipit outing to Pelee. I thought I'd share some photos from that trip. It wasn't as birdy as I've seen on previous years, but the flowers and other findings made up for the lack of birds as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks to all the friends who came out on those Pipit outings, and to everyone I saw in the field, what a wonderful way to bring in spring!
