Hello Pipits!

It's that time again.
Memberships renew for March 1.

I have received several early bird payments, thanks folks!
I wanted to remind everyone else that payments are due this month (February).

Please send your payments via etransfer or if you'd prefer to mail a cheque, please email for the address.

Just to follow up on Doug's question about where to find the membership costs... I revised the website so it should be clearer hopefully... https://www.thepipits.com/memberships

The membership renewals have been coming in, thanks to everyone who has sent their payments. Keep them coming!

Happy New Year everyone!
Geordie and I want to wish you all the best in 2026!

It's also time for membership renewals to get started.
Although the official membership year starts March 1 due to when I started the group, the cost for our website renews at the end of January.
That cost is going up while our membership fees are NOT. 
I don't want to change these.

To be transparent, the fees cover the costs for the website (wix) and liability insurance. There are other smaller costs, but those are the main significant costs.

Please consider sending your membership payment before the end of January, I need 15 single memberships by Jan. 27th to cover the cost of the website renewal.

The email address did not show properly in my last message.

To clarify, the email to send etransfer to is: thepipitsb...@gmail.com

Note there are only 2 "p" in the word PIPIT.

You Pipits are just the best!
I've received almost all the memberships I need to cover the website cost!
Just need 22 more single memberships to cover the liability insurance!

I so appreciate your responsiveness, all I do is ask for help and there you are, leaning in to offer support.

What a wonderful group of folks - I just can't imagine all the friendships I would have missed out on if the Pipits hadn't come into being!

I just sent you a transfer.
By the way, I photographed a Snowy Owl down at Colonel Sam Smiths Park a couple of days ago.  It had been around for a few days and was spending most of its time out on the docks.  Too far away for a good picture.
