Changing your user name on the Pipits Google Group

Google Groups appear in one of two formats - the old Google group or the New Google group format. You don't have to know whether you are using the New version or the Old version.

Do not be intimidated by this! Here are directions to changing your user name in either format. It's easy peasy, you guys can totally do this.

If you are using the Old Google Group format, your membership settings will appear on the upper right hand corner of the screen (see image below). Go to the upper right hand corner of the screen, click on <members>, find yourself in the list of members, and click <change> to change your user name.

OR

If you are using the New Google Group format, your screen will show on the left side, <My membership settings>. When you click on that, you see the below screen. You can change your display name on this screen.
