Grimsby Wetlands Celebration Invite

Note that there are a Virginia Rail and chicks at the Wetland now, and later in the day is a great time to see them.

We can't attend, but I hope some other Pipits can be there!

Hello Colleen,

 

Please note the attached invitation from the Hamilton Naturalists’ Club and the Rotary Club of Grimsby to honour Wayne Fertich.

 

Parking is available at the north end of Oaks Rd or at the Town of Grimsby storage shed at 644 Winston Rd and in the neighbourhood.

 

It is a 300 m walk from the Grimsby Wetlands entrance to the meeting place at the Observation Tower in the Grimsby Wetlands. An utility vehicle will be on hand to transport visitors in need of assistance.
