Hi Meliza and Ebette,

 

the draft contract is okay with us execpt for a few items:

 

1.  the consultant is Pagbabago. that's our nGO which si elading the The Philippine Climate Change Initiative.

 

2.  sigantory will be Bart guingona, presidnet of pagbabago.

 

3. on the TOR, item 2, while we will facilitate the workshops and the summit itself, as discussed with Emma, NEDA will provide the 7 rapporteurs.  

 

4.  can we also indicate somewhere that the proceedings (plenary and break out sessions) will be taped?

 

hope these are acceptable and teh contract can be finalized.
