Sorry for late email.
I was able to communicate with the organizer yesterday for the Visayas side, Ian Fresnido. As discussed with Neric yesterday afernoon, and in response to Bebet's previous concern, I will be going to Cebu to meet with the organizing team.
I have already set the agenda with them.
I will meet with Neric later.
