am pleased to inform you that i have just talked to gov joey salceda.
he agreed to join us in cebu and present what he did in albay.
mara, please coordinate with his CC coordinator, nong rangaza

okay na rin ang world bank. they will send mukami kariuki or mark
(forgot his family name). will know for sure by tomorrow.
as mentioned earlier, i will present on carbon finance.
these complete our line up of speakers for the afternoon of day 2.
