Okay, yes, it's been more than a month since this "weekly" ride has happened. Honestly, the last couple weekend day rides have been so fun, I was considering a third in a row. But, no, let's get back to a little night riding.

Yes, and while I am rating this a one-donut ride — given the short distance of the general plan for the evening and full intention to return to our start at a decent hour — please be advised that this ride will likely involve standing in/walking through water at several points. To repeat: your feet will get wet on this week's ride. Preparing for this eventuality (physically/mentally/spiritually) is highly recommended. As is making sure your lights are fully charged. Heck, a backup light is maybe not a bad idea.

To repeat: the ride this week will be short and relatively easy, but it will involve a rather large amount of (wet) inconvenience. You have been warned.
