Saturday practices will continue weather permitting at the usual location.

This year has offered an unusual opportunity to properly develop 'internal power' without the distraction of techniques. The concepts of IP are hard enough to grasp, practice is not fun, and techniques are too easy to focus on instead - but do not really lead anywhere.

To those who have been along but not regularly - I hope you persevere with practice. Though to be honest, without regular checks and correction, progress is unlikely.

To those who have not been along - Why?!

I will catch up with the rest on Saturdays.
