Aikido in lockdown: February edition

Hi everyone

Apologies for a late one this month! We hope you're all doing well, and that those vaccination invitations have started to roll in! I'm celebrating that little bit of extra light in the evenings and the bustle of bird life in the garden. 

BAF membership news

BAF has announced that members are welcome to choose not to renew any expired memberships until training resumes and will not be penalised when timings for gradings are calculated. However, please do make sure your membership is renewed before you begin training again, so that you are covered by insurance. 

On a similar note, a reminder that we are encouraging everyone to also pause their regular standing orders to the Oxford club while we cannot train and to get in touch if you'd like a refund from dojo closure in April 2020.

Practice in lockdown

Informal outdoor practice in Botley remains on hiatus while we are in tier 4/5. Nick will send out details by email once we can resume.
