Raum/Trish,
I must disagree belief is not associated with facts. Many people have beliefs that when challenged, by the fire of truth/facts, fade away. Belief is the first stage of study. We are born in belief (faith) and suppose to grow in knowledge (facts/truth). Many beliefs are based in superstition, hearsay, but is never studied to truly understand, the conception of its origin. You can believe or have faith that a plane is sitting in front of your door, however once you open the door, the fact that its not present, manifests itself. Faith is a building block to the attainment of knowledge; however faith alone leaves people hungry, naked, and out of doors.
Agnostic, is not what I am, because I see Deity everywhere, hear its voice everywhere; its glory everywhere. Deity is my essence; Deity is my image; Deity is my form; Deity is my archetypal form before I chose to be. Removing a belief in a personal Deity, allows you, without dogma, or bias, to embrace it all around you. Can man's mind understand its majesty? Yes, it can! Man by a process can understand all that is, or shall be, because, he/she is really all that is, or shall be. All is I and I am the All. The intelligence has evolved and experienced all things, therefore I am all things, yet I am ONE. I can never be Agnostic, because my very existence is the defining, evolving, sustaining evidence; that indeed I am God!
It is beautiful to stand upon the oblong square and measure the designs of the Divine Geometrician and for everything I am thankful.
