The Star Club Reunion page

Hello "Statesmen,"

 

I think I'm finally "finished" with the Star Club Reunion page (I quote "finished" because I'll probably tweak the text here and there, one is never truly finished with a project like this).

 

I must admit that I'm truly proud of how this page turned out - I feel that the combination of text, photos and videos comes across as a total content with lots of memories of the things we experienced back then. I'd appreciate any comments and recommendations for additions, as well as info on typos that you might find. You can view the "finished" page directly by clicking on this link:

But this is just the beginning! We must all continue to provide photos (there are some GREAT ones coming from Bob) and any memories any of you might have, in the form of text, photos, videos or whatever. Mick, it would be great if you have more stuff on the London Beats, maybe you can make some better (and bigger) versions of the photos you sent, they are great in content but unfortunately a bit typical of camera-made snaps in some spots, and it would be unfortunate to not adequately present the tremendous experience that you had with the London Beats. Other pics are welcome, if you have anything I can report on then I'll put more text together.

 

German-language postings or text are in general OK, Wolfgang, you needn't work too hard on conversing in English. If something major comes across in German - like if you, Wolfgang, have any photos and stories you could add - then I'll translate major texts to English and be sure that we post in both languages.

OK.  When I click on the blue line (3rd "paragraph") it takes me to the web page.  The 1st little box with x in it is just in front of "Here's a brief video---"  It sends me to a page with 1 1/2 blue lines, the page aslo says  FOUND, when I click on that link, it takes me to a video, which I have to wait about 1 minute (it tells me the progression) and the video starts playing.

The 2nd one is after a line of pictures with a bunch of old fucks, and the square is in front of "The night went by---. when I click on the box, same as #1.

The 3rd is in front of the text about pension.

It all works very easy for me. Maybe you could send this to your parents.
