I was talking to Dan about some theories about "The Little
Prince" (last week's episode title) that I read on lostpedia. I
copied some of them them below:

* It's seems the writers were refering to the book "The Little
Prince". When Charlotte points out the wreckage on the beach, there is
a black box type item with 'BESIXDOUZE' written on it. That translates
from French to B612. This was the name of the Prince's planet in "The
Little Prince." St. Exupery (author: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Little_Prince)
was also an aviator who survived one plane crash in the desert in
North Africa and disappeared/died in another.
o The name refers both to the French expedition and Aaron.
o Aaron's birth on the island is significant to the Others.
He is the prince waiting to take his place as the Others' ruler.
* A couple of other references in the book to consider:
o After the Little Prince dies, his body disappears.
o Saint-Exupery illustrated the book and drew the Little
Prince as a young, blond-haired boy.
o The book starts with the narrator having survived a plane
crash.
o The Little Prince left his asteroid to learn more about
the universe, but ultimately all he wants to do is get back to his
asteroid.
