Tengasco, Inc. is engaged in exploration for and production of oil and
natural gas. The Company’s primary area of oil exploration and
production is in Kansas. The Company’s primary area of gas exploration
and production is the Swan Creek field in Tennessee. Its wholly owned
subsidiary, Tengasco Pipeline Corporation (TPC), owns and operates a
65-mile intrastate pipeline, which it constructed to transport natural
gas from the Company’s Swan Creek Field to customers in Kingsport,
Tennessee. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Manufactured Methane
Corporation (MMC), owns and operates treatment and delivery
facilities.

This company is moving up very strong and taking advantage of the
situations around the world. I watched this stock while it traded
beneath a $1 for a long time. Now it has broken that $1 resistant mark
and appears to be headed towards breaking its 52 Week High of $1.50.
