It provides mat rentals, location construction and related well site services to E&P customers. The Company processes and disposes of waste generated by its oil and gas customers that is treated as exempt under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Newpark provides its products and services principally to the oil and gas exploration and production industry (E&P) industry domestically in the United States Gulf Coast, West Texas, Oklahoma, East Texas, North Louisiana, Rocky Mountains, and Northeast regions, as well as internationally in certain areas of Europe, North Africa, Brazil, Canada and Mexico.
