Hello All: 

The New Voice will be meeting this Friday, May 28, at 6:00. Below is the schedule for role assignments for the meeting. If you have signed up for a role and will not be able to attend the meeting this Friday please contact me as soon as possible, so we can find a replacement. 

I have attached a document that explains the meeting roles, and the duties and responsibilities of each. If you have any questions please refer to this document, or the Competent Communication manual (page 63). You can also visit www.*toastmasters*.org/Members/.../Meeting*Role*s.aspx, or feel free to contact any of The New Voice officers with any questions or 
concerns you may have. 

Also, as you will see below there are roles still available (Toast Master, Ah/Um Counter/Grammarian, 2 Speech Evaluators, and the General Evaluator) if anyone is interested in filling this role please let me know.
