Re: TNV Date/Location Reminder and Role Reminder for Meeting 6/23/10

Hello All: 

Please note that The New Voice will be meeting this Wednesday, June 23, at 6:00. The location has also changed, we will now be meeting at 6 E. 16th ST. Room 1009. We will continue meeting on Wednesdays and at this location for the rest of the summer. If you have any questions please e-mail The New Voice or an officer.

Below is the schedule for role assignments for the meeting. If you have signed up for a role and will not be able to attend the meeting this Wednesday please contact me as soon as possible, so we can find a replacement. 

I have attached a document that explains the meeting roles, and the duties and responsibilities of each. If you have any questions please refer to this document, or the Competent Communication manual (page 63). You can also visit www.*toastmasters*.org/Members/.../Meeting*Role*s.aspx, or feel free to contact any of The New Voice officers with any questions or 
concerns you may have. 

Also, as you will see below there are roles still available (A Speaker, 2 Speech Evaluators and a General Evaluator) if anyone is interested in filling one of these role please let me know.
