Friends,
I hope everyone's been well. Adam and I were asked some time ago to do a performance at the Montclair Public Library, opening for the phenomenal
Bern and the Brights. They're a great, up and coming act that's been playing around quite a bit and I'm excited to see them and open for them.
For our part, Adam and I will be doing an acoustic duet of chamber music with pots and pans, accompanied by slam poetry. All seriousness aside, we have a full acoustic set with some tunes you know and some great new ones that you've probably not yet heard, and some that you definitely haven't.
And I know that none of you has ever been able to actually hear our voices before, so this presents quite an opportunity. Two acoustics, two dudes (who will start drinking at 11am to properly sing the blues), and one 70s space echo tape machine.

In other news, we're working on a new rock band. Eddie Garza from the Imperialists is playing bass for us, and we're still lining up the drummer. Rumors abound about another project, a dance band called Terrorism. I know nothing about that, no.
I'm going to go log into MySpace for the first time in two months now and see if anything has happened over there. You can keep up with
Ben Franklin there, too.
Hope to see you Saturday,
Billy
