Hi there,

I've just started building packages with the Luggage (I've been building with Casper Composer) and there's a feature I can't seem to find. In Composer, I could set the "Authorization Action" to "Root Authorization" and my package would ask for an admin login when I ran it. I don't see a corresponding setting in the Luggage. In case the Luggage is doing something clever and determining for me when I need this, let me explain the problem I'm running in to.

I've written a Ruby script to build a package from an arbitrary script (it basically copies the script to the current directory, renames it to postflight, prompts for variables like name, version, and requires_restart, saves out a Makefile with PAYLOAD=pack-script-postflight, and runs make pkg). I'd like to be able to specify in the package when the scripts need to be run with elevated privileges without having to do so in the scripts themselves.

Is this possible? Am I missing something huge?

Thanks,

Arthur
