"The MA Behavioral Health Help line is live TODAY  by phone call and text at 833-773-2445 (BHHL), and online chat at masshelpline.com.

 

DMH Commissioner Brook Doylee says the following "DMH’s new Behavioral Health Help Line will launch January 3, 2023 at 8 a.m., making 24/7 help available across the state and in more than 200 languages. To address questions providers and the public may have, we are attaching information you may find helpful. Please feel free to distribute them to anyone you feel may find them helpful. If you have additional questions or concerns about the Help Line, please let us know by contacting Help Line Director, Mio Tamanaha at Mio.Ta...@mass.gov"
