Listing 3.25 suggestion: explain parameters

Hi there,
As a beginner, I was perplexed at all the underscored parameters for
Listing 3.25 on page 39 (Lift URL rewriting), because none of those
parameters were addressed or explained. I found this article that
explained the method in detail: http://blog.getintheloop.eu/2009/5/3/url-rewriting-with-the-lift-framework

The reason it was so clear was because the API signature for the
RewriteResponse is shown and explained. Do you think you could show
the case classes in the book to preface this section? I feel like it
would clear up a lot of confusion to newer users of Lift.
