Hi All,

It seems the Milner Garden get together was a great success and provided an opportunity for some discussion regarding the future of the group and next steps.  

Some key items for discussion regarding the group and the upcoming cohousing development are:

1. What does an associate member look like?
- Obligations, rights, cost

2. What does an equity member look like?
- Obligations, rights, cost.

3. Home prices

4. Rental possibilities

5. Affordability

Of course, there should be some discussion surrounding the land purchase, as well.
