Upcoming Meeting

So...the doodle poll has spoken and the meeting will be scheduled for 10am on Saturday the 30th.  I would like to clarify that this is not a meeting geared toward answering all questions surrounding the project, but a meeting geared toward discussing what questions need to be answered and figuring out how to get the answers that people are looking for.   I am working toward finding space at Windsong cohousing for the meeting and will fill in details early in the week.  One member has voiced a desire to also have a social such as a breakfast before or lunch after the meeting.  Perhaps a potluck lunch would be desirable?

Hi All,

I am trying to decide whether or not to arrange a Windsong tour for those who are interested in conjunction with the meeting this upcoming weekend.  Can I get a "show of hands" to let me know how many of you who are planning on attending the meeting Saturday morning would be interested in having a tour of Windsong as well?  It seems that there is interest in a potluck lunch, also, so it would probably look something like this:

MEETING - 10am to noon

LUNCH - noon to 1pm

TOUR - 1pm to ?

Let me know if you are interested.  If we have enough interest, I will schedule a tour.

Is the meeting at Windsong? If so, is it in their community building? Address? We are new to this :) I don't think we need a tour. We are fine with lunch or not. Just let us know.
