Eddie - Another fortunate outcome. The MAshers weren’t confident going into this week and our projection was not looking good. Luckily, Matt Stafford saved his best game of the season for when we started him, and Alshon decided to play football. Besides our Kicker and DST our team has been pretty hit or miss, yet we've managed to hit on our second Eddie of the season.
Not Playing Golf - Bob has been plagued by a poorly performing Green Bay Packers offense, and even the return of LeSean McCoy couldn’t help him this week. He scored a measly 79.1 total and his highest scoring player (ARod) didn’t even break 20 points. Better luck next week, Bob!
Quad Balls - Most of the games this week were very close. At the end of MNF it looked as if Cella had won the battle of the Matts 100.7 to 100.4, but I guess they adjusted the stats of the Eagles mean green DST and Moutoux defeated Cella 100.4 to 98.7.
Tough Luck - Speaking of Tough Luck, Cella, The Hapless Cubs would’ve beaten 4 other teams with their 98.7 score. Alas, it wasn’t enough to beat the more formidable Matt (although not the most formidable Matt) I know this doesn't exactly qualify under our rules, but, besides the scoring change, Cella would've won 3 other match ups this week with a different draw, so that's tough luck
Poopy Pants - This happened earlier in the week, but we finally had our first attempt at trading a keeper. Nice job, Drew! Trying to trade your sneaky keeper pick of Doug Martin. Luckily Jeff has a keen eye and vetoed it.
