I downloaded your vocabulary, but I am intermediate, not beginner. I know, hada, kada, issda, etc. Is there a way to bypass in Anki all the ones that don't need any review? I want to maybe "go to the middle"....

You can delete or suspend all the cards that you already know. "Suspend" means that they will stay in the deck but they will never come up for a review. The easiest way is to open the Anki browser, select the deck, order the cards by the "Due" column, select the ones you want to suspend and then click the 'Suspend' button. You can also suspend them one by one as you review them in Anki Desktop, the option is available under the 'More' button. If you change your mind later then you can unsuspend them at any moment.

You can select a large number of rows in the browser by clicking the first row, scrolling down to the last row you want to select and clicking it while holding down the Shift key.
