synchronize shared desks

I found this hint on anki web:

After the file is downloaded, double-click on it to open it in the desktop program.  (did it  > no cards were imported)

At this time, it is not possible to add shared decks directly to your AnkiWeb account - they need to be added from the desktop then synchronized to AnkiWeb.

What can I do ?

I have no idea why the deck wouldn't be imported in the desktop program. Are you sure you downloaded it fully?

It seems , that it is all my fault. 

I choosed the wrong language during the installation. 

I changed it later, but it didn´t help. The korean font is blocked, even if I try to deinstall Anki completly.

I Installed it now on antoher computer without any problems.
