Final report and programme

Dear Turkish friends and partners

Thank you very much for the invitation and the programme for the visit in Cappadokia. Vi are looking so much forward seeing you all again.
The hotel, and the location for the hotel looks excellent and interesting.
According to the final report, we expect you as coordinators have written it, when we arrive, as agreed at the first meeting. We will all sit together, run it through and make it complete. For that process, we are sure, we will not need 17 hours. It could be perfect if we, and most of all Bulgaria and Germany can have it some days before we meet, so we can be prepared for the process.
The non official part of the programme contains quite many things we experienced last time we visited you, and many of us also took part in the first meeting. The Danish delegation are sure, there are a lot more to discover in your wonderful part of Turkey, and we hope, it can be possible to change some of the programme. If you have lost the programme for the 1. meeting, I can forward it to you.
