An excellent but simple presentation that ought to be shown in Schools and televised all over India and the world. It is scary how few seniors and the younger generation are aware of these basics. As someone who is in advanced arteriosclerosis, I wish this had been presented earlier in life. If you were unaware, Indians are three times more susceptible to coronary artery disease than Europeans or even Japanese, followed closely by Pakistanis, mixed ethnic backgrounds, Black Caribbeans, Black Africans and Bangladeshis!!
